Privacy notice

What this website collects

This website sets no cookies, shows no advertising and uses no outside trackers. To know which ads and pages bring visitors, it remembers in your own browser the campaign you came from, and sends it with any form or chat you start. When you send a form or chat with our assistant we keep what you typed (your name, company, email, and if you give them your phone, city, services, property address and message) and that you agreed to be emailed. To stop automated abuse we keep a one-way hash of your internet address, never the address itself.

Why

Only to answer you, to arrange the demo or prepare the sample quote you asked for, and to talk with you about Lefthand. For a sample quote, the property's address and location go to our licensed aerial imagery provider (EagleView) to measure it, and nothing else about you. We don't sell or share it. Every email has a link to stop them.

Where and for how long

Your request is stored in Canada (Microsoft Azure, Canada Central) and deleted two years after we last updated it. The pages of this website are served by Microsoft from its global network; they contain no personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to hello@getlefthand.com, and we will do it within 30 days.

Companies using Lefthand

Lefthand stores each company's leads, clients' details and quotes in Canada. Sign-in accounts are kept by Microsoft Entra in the United States. The few outside providers that receive any customer data, and exactly what each receives, are listed in our subprocessor register, available on request.
