Does AI set my prices?
No. Prices are calculated from your own rates and rules by Lefthand’s pricing engine. AI reads requests and writes the words around the price; it never changes a number.
Does anything get sent without me?
Only what you allow. By default a person approves every quote. You can let clear, small quotes go out by themselves under limits you set, and change that at any time.
Where is my data kept?
Your leads, your clients’ details, your quotes and your prices are stored in Canada (Microsoft Azure, Canada Central). Sign-in accounts are kept by Microsoft in the United States, and a few providers receive only what they need; our privacy notice lists them.
Do I have to change my website or email?
No. Add one line to your website for the quote form, and forward your quote requests to your Lefthand address. Your field service software stays as it is.
What do I need to start?
Your price list and 30 minutes with us. We set up your services and rules with you and send your first quotes together.
Try it on your property
Give us an address you look after and the service. Where our aerial imagery covers it, we measure and price it the way Lefthand would for your clients, and email you the quote. Elsewhere, we follow up personally.
