What owners ask us
Does AI set my prices?
No. Prices are calculated from your own rates and rules by Lefthand's pricing engine. AI reads requests and writes the words around the price; it never changes a number.
Does anything get sent without me?
Only what you allow. By default a person approves every quote. You can let clear, small quotes go out by themselves under limits you set, and change that at any time.
Where is my data kept?
Your leads, your clients' details, your quotes and your prices are stored in Canada (Microsoft Azure, Canada Central). Our privacy notice lists the few providers that receive anything, and exactly what.
Do I have to change my website or email?
No. Add one line to your website for the quote form or chat, and forward your quote requests to your Lefthand address. Your field service software stays as it is.
How is the property measured?
From licensed aerial imagery, with the picture and its date on the quote. Where a property can't be measured surely, it waits for you, and you can type the numbers or correct the outline.
Does it work in French?
Yes. Quotes, emails and the chat on your site work in English and French.
